1. Product Usage
Purchased files ko customer apne design/print work me use kar sakta hai. File ko as-is resell, redistribute ya marketplace par re-upload karna allowed nahi hai jab tak separate license na ho.
2. Payments
Payments Razorpay jaise secure gateway ke through process hote hain. Failed ya pending payment orders download access ke liye eligible nahi hote. PAN required for personal-account orders > ₹50,000 (IT Rule 114B).
3. Vendor Responsibility
Vendors ko original, usable aur correctly described files upload karni hoti hain. Admin duplicate, misleading ya low-quality listings ko reject/remove kar sakta hai. Repeat violations par account suspension ho sakti hai.
3a. Vendor prepayment (advance)
Approved vendors apne vendor panel se ek time pe max ₹25,000 ka prepayment (advance against future commission) request kar sakte hain. Admin har request review karta hai — approval typically 24–48 hours me. Approved hone par payout vendor ki saved UPI/bank pe hota hai.
- Ek time pe sirf ek open prepayment allowed — repay karne ke baad next request kar sakte hain.
- Repayment vendor manually karta hai (UPI/bank transfer to Aman Graphics) jaise sales aati hain — vendor panel me record karna mandatory hai.
- Prolonged non-repayment (60+ days) account suspension aur legal recovery action trigger kar sakti hai.
- Aman Graphics reserves the right to reject any prepayment request bina reason ke, especially low-tenure ya low-sales vendors ke liye.
4. Account Safety
Account credentials secure rakhna user ki responsibility hai. Suspicious activity par account temporarily restrict ho sakta hai. Aap apna account delete karte hain to 30 din ke andar recovery available hai.
Aap optionally "Sign in with Google" use kar sakte hain — convenience ke liye, Aman Graphics par new password remember karne ki zarurat nahi. Google account ki security (2FA, recovery email) maintain karna aap ki zimmedari hai. Hum Google se sirf email + naam receive karte hain — details Privacy policy §7 me.
5. Refunds
Digital files me refund sirf duplicate payment, wrong/inaccessible file ya verified technical issue par review ke baad process hota hai. Detail policy ke liye Refund policy dekhein.
6. Intellectual Property
All design files marketplace par list hone wale vendors ya Aman Graphics ki intellectual property hain. Files ko buyer purchase license ke under personal/commercial design work mein use kar sakta hai — but ownership transfer nahi hoti.
7. Third-party services and advertising
Site Cloudflare (CDN/security), Razorpay (payments), Google Sign-In (optional OAuth login), Google Analytics (usage stats), Google AdSense (advertising) aur Google Search Console (SEO) use karti hai. Inki separate terms aur privacy policies apply hoti hain — full list aur opt-out instructions Privacy policy mein hain.
AdSense ke through dikhne wale ads ka content Google control karta hai — Aman Graphics endorsement nahi karta. Misleading / inappropriate ads ko support ko report karein.
8. Modifications
Hum terms time-to-time update kar sakte hain. Material changes ka email notification active users ko bhej diya jaata hai.
