Refund Policy

Digital products instant access nature ke hote hain, isliye refund review-based flow se process hota hai. Genuine cases mein refund mostly 3–5 days ke andar approve ho jaata hai.

Wrong file delivered vs product description
File is corrupt and replacement not possible
Unauthorised charge (chargeback flow)

Not eligible

Software compatibility issue (check format first)
Mind change after download
Wrong product purchased by mistake
File edit karna nahi aana

How to request a refund

Account > My orders par jaayein aur relevant order open karein.
Request Refund button click karein. Reason aur amount specify karein.
Admin team 3–5 working days mein review karti hai. Status email + dashboard par update milta hai.
Approved refunds 5–7 din mein original payment method par credit hote hain.

Time window

Refund request order date se 7 din ke andar raise karna best hai. Iske baad case-by-case basis par review hoga.

Chargebacks

Unauthorised payment ke liye apni bank ya Razorpay support se chargeback raise karein. Hum verification mein cooperate karte hain.
